Each session (morning and afternoon) in the 2012-2013 school year will be increased to 3 hours.
The rhythm of our day is mirrored each day. Children have access to materials for self expression, including dramatic play materials, blocks, clay, paper, markers, pencils, and wood working tools. Our large library contains fiction and nonfiction books in English and Spanish as well as stories from many cultures. Each day, teachers set out multiple activities and materials for children to explore. The integrated themes, units of study, and seasonal topics are woven into all aspect of free time and small and large group activities and continually evolve depending on student interest and the seasons.
